It’s freezing in my home town right now, which means its finally time to bust out this faux fur coat that my bf bought me for Christmas. Hope you like it. x

Bath time = Fun time
Fashion is meant to be fun. From my experience the best looks come from taking a chance and throwing something unexpected into the mix. I got these leggings a few weeks ago from Topshop and I have worn them to death already. The bold pattern is surprisingly flattering and lets face it leggings are super comfy.
Im a sucker for anything that has a late 60′s/70′s vibe to it. So when I saw Evil Twin’s Joplin Fringe Kimono from Nasty Gal – it was definitely love.
This amazing burnt out velvet kimono has not one, but two of my favourite thing – Leopard and Fringing. It looks great thrown on over a tank with cut-offs and boots, but I love the contrast between the leopard print and the bold floral leggings.
What do you think?
Leopard Cape – Nasty Gal, Floral Leggings – Topshop, Basic Tee – Sportsgirl.
Hipster Pimp
What better way is there to spend a Thursday night than playing dress ups with your flatmate. I stumbled across this alleyway of clutter street art just before Christmas on my way to work. I have been itching to take some snaps there ever since.
My inspiration for this shoot was the decadent style of the 60′s Mods who revealed in rebellion, worship the new wave of rock n roll and had the best clothes.
I love how easy this look was to put together and what a statement it makes. My flatmate has dubbed it “Hipster Pimp!”
Teal Trilby from Topshop.com, Teal Faux Fur Coat from Topshop.com, Vintage Scarf (from my mother), Black Shorts from Sass & Bide, Gold Heel Boots from Shakuhachi.
Hope you like it x
A quick snap wearing my favourite pair of Ksubi jeans. The print on these babies is killer!
Lazy Sundays
What’s the first thing you do when you see an old train station in the middle of a country town. Get dressed up and take some snaps of course!
I just can’t get enough of the print coming in this season; colourful florals, kitschy print (a la Prada) and geometric patterns. This Zara blazer adds instant impact to any outfit.
If there is one thing I love more than prints -it is glitter. When I found these glittery heels at Topshop in Melbourne, I literally squealed with delight. The sold out so quick online and I was desperate to have them… What can I say, must have been destiny.

Faux fur dream
I got this amazing chervon faux fur jacket from Topshop this Christmas and despite it being the height of summer here in Australia, I just couldn’t wait to wear it with my favourite sequin chelsea boots (also from Topshop)

Vanity… In a new dress
So here are my first style snaps. I am no model so be kind…
Anyway I was meant to use this space to showcase my gigantic wardrobe but of course I bought a new dress instead.
I stumble across this little gem in a vintage record store in my hometown of Canberra and snapped it up right away… along with a amazing soul album Black America does Lennon & McCartney featuring Aretha Franklin, Al Green, Otis Redding and many more. DOUBLE WIN!
